2. When these terms apply

These terms apply to every offer from Pawtoysfun and every order you place on pawtoysfun.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

3. Products and prices

  • We describe our products as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour or appearance compared to the photos are possible.
  • All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
  • Obvious mistakes in prices or product information do not bind us. If this happens, we contact you before shipping and you may cancel free of charge.

4. Your order

The agreement is made once you complete your order and receive our order confirmation by email. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we let you know and refund what you have paid within 5 working days.

5. Payment

You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods shown there. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

6. Delivery

We process orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery then takes 3–5 working days. You receive a tracking link by email. If delivery takes more than 30 days after your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you. 7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. The return process, the return costs and how and when you get your money back are explained on our Shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms.

8. Guarantee and damaged products

  • You have the statutory guarantee: products must be as they should be and suitable for normal use.
  • Did your order arrive broken or damaged? Email us a photo and your order number. We send a replacement free of charge or, if that is not possible, refund you.
  • Pet toys wear with use. Normal wear, chewing damage and damage from incorrect use are not covered. Always supervise your pet while playing and replace a toy once it shows wear.

9. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by using a product in a way it is not meant for, or by not following the safety advice on the product page. Our liability is limited to the amount of your order, unless the damage was caused by our intent or gross negligence, or the law does not allow this limitation.

10. Complaints

Not happy? Email hello@pawtoysfun.com with your order number. We reply within 1 working day and aim to solve your complaint within 14 days. If we cannot solve it together, you can take your complaint to the competent court.

12. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and all orders. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country.
